VSOC Black Label
At Daily Dairy we like to try new things, and use our extended experience to develop our own premium brands. Take our VSOC Black Label for example. It is made to the original Gouda recipe in Holland, using only the best Dutch milk. To make a full wheel, we use no less than 110 litres of milk. After the traditional production process, the cheese is matured on wood in our special ageing room for no less than a year. The result is a fine example of Dutch craftsmanship, following a tradition handed down from father to son over many generations.

Paulus Beer Cheese
The history of Paulus Beer Cheese dates back to the city of Utrecht in the sixteenth century, where the Paulus Abbey – the second-oldest monastery in the Netherlands – had its own brewhouse. Our cheese is produced to an authentic recipe from Gouda, using only the best Dutch milk. We then add a unique beer, made according to the traditional method used at the Paulus Abbey, and ripen the cheese for about eight weeks until the flavour is just right. A cheese that will leave you wanting more.
